Following a recent serious incident on site which necessitated calling for an ambulance, your committee has met and agreed that we had to make changes to the information we currently hold for each member, so that it is easier to get hold of people in the event of an emergency. Such incidents are thankfully very rare but it makes sense to be as prepared as possible. We have therefore updated the Data Privacy Notice so that the personal details we hold on you will now also include your address and emergency contact number. This information will be securely held as per the Data Privacy Notice and not used for any other purpose. Your cooperation will be most appreciated when we write to you again requesting this information.
